I Timothy 3:8,9 "Likewise must the Deacons be grave, not double tongued, not given to much wine, nor greedy of filthy lucre; holding the mystery of the faith in pure conscience."
The Deacons are in the direct line of authority to the Bishop. As such, the Deacons are to help make the Bishop feel secure. They may be called upon by the Bishop at anytime, to perform any task in support of the church. The Deacons are seated on the front row of the church, directly in front of the Bishop. From this position, they serve as shields for the Bishop. From this vantage point they offer spiritual support to the Bishop and congregation. The Deacons are responsible for serving the elements of the Lord's Supper to the sick, and shut-in within the week prior to the same being served to the general congregation of the church. The Deacons watch over the church membership. This is done by praying for the membership and by making themselves available to the membership for spiritual support. The Deacons attend all worship services as an essential part of their lives.
Psalm 84:10 "I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness."
The church usher is a servant who exercises the gifts of helps, and has a unique opportunity to display the grace of God by his/her attitude and the atmosphere he/she creates. Ushering sets a tone of friendliness, concern and helpfulness. The Usher must allow hospitality to become a great part of them, wrapping every word & clothing every action in the spirit of human kindness. An usher's kind of Christianity should allow people to let down their guards, open their hearts and relax their minds for the worship of God and the direction of the Holy Spirit. The usher must be understanding with the difficult person and exercise compassion with all kinds of people while learning to be efficient and effective servants of God.
2 Corinthians 3:5,6 "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
Who also hath made us able ministers......."
The ministry is twofold: it is to the Lord and to fellow believers. Ministers provide significant personal services. An active use of one's gifts and resources to meet the material and spiritual needs of others. Not only that Ministers are also armor bearers of the Bishop. In Exodus 17:10-12 - Hur and Aaron held up the hands of Moses until the Amalekites were defeated, so too, the ministers of Randall are to hold up the hands of the Bishop (in prayer) until the enemy is defeated. We are the watchdogs for the shepherd among the sheep.

I Peter 4:9,10 "Use hospitality one to another without grudging."
Hospitality is the practice of welcoming, sheltering and feeding, with no thought of personal gain, those who come to your door. Hospitality includes setting aside time for fellowship and being flexible in order to accommodate impromptu gatherings.
Praise Team Ministry
Psalm 34:3 "O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together."
John 19:35 "And he that saw it bear record, and his record is true......"

Family & Marriage Counseling Ministry
Proverbs 11:14 "Where no counsel is, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."
With an estimated 67% of all marriages ending in divorce, and a like high number of our children in crisis from these same broken homes or peer pressure in general, this ministry is intended to address the real life attacks and problems of the Christian marriage and family as a whole. Ephesians 6:12 says "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." This marriage ministry will not only help to decrease the number of divorces within the church, but will also further enhance the unity and strength within the institution of marriage that God has ordained. Marriage is God's idea. He established if from the beginning, He even based His relationship with the New Testament church upon the principles of marriage. Ephesians 5:28,29 "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church."

First Lady's Support Ministry
Proverbs 31:11-12 "The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life."
The First Lady's Support Ministry assists the Bishop's wife in ways that will help her to fulfill this ministry role while maintaining her own personal identity and calling. We strive to provide the much needed support (spiritual, emotional and financial) and encouragement that our first lady needs. Our charges include but are not limited to the following:
Keep her in prayer.
Give a word of encouragement and appreciation.
Do something nice for her from time-to-time.
Accompany her, when possible, when she attends various functions and speaking engagements.
Sponsor her annual attendance at a First Lady's Support Conference.
Help defray some of the financial expenses associated with being the First Lady.
Assist in activities that come directly under her role as First Lady.
I Corinthians 13:11 "When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things."
To establish and maintain a strong and very effective outreach system for the men within the body of the Church. To invoke love, enthusiasm and dedication to our Lord and Savior, Jesus The Christ. To encourage and promote spiritual growth through devoted Bible Study in a manner that would elevate our men to the highest level of divine consciousness, allowing them to experience a greater understanding of God's Word. To cultivate and sustain a spirit of excellence within the ministry that would warrant Randall's men worthy to be called the Sons's of God. To become solid and responsible men in our church, home and community.

To administer First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and to offer comfort to the bereaved. We are not limited in our ministry. This ministry is an outreach ministry which represents the servantude of God. Just as the Son of Man came to serve, we desire to serve also.
James 5:14 "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;"
The Visitation Ministry brings comfort, encouragement, fellowship, hope, and prayer to the individual's need on behalf of Bishop Ross and Randall Ministries.
Persons involved in this Ministry must believe that "we are to bear one another's burdens, thus fulfilling the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2. They must be individuals who are caring, compassionate, consistent and sensitive to the needs of others.
Healing & Deliverance Ministry
" He saith unto him, wilt thou be made whole?" John 5:6
The Healing & Deliverance Ministry is dedicated to bringing healing and deliverance to the saved as well as the unsaved. We recognize that healing and deliverance is needed for the total man, namely, spirit, soul and body. Hence, the goal of the ministry is to bring wholeness to an individual.

New Disiples Orientation - Every Sunday Morning - 9:30 - 10:20 a.m.
I Corinthians 3:11 "For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."
In the spiritual, as well as the natural life, it is imperative that a solid foundation is laid before you begin a building. A foundation that will both stand and withstand the elements. New Disciples Orientation is designed for the sole purpose of helping those new in the faith, as well as those new in the studying of God’s Word discover and build on the only solid foundation. That immovable rock, Christ Jesus.

The Junior Missionaries are youth on a mission to do the will of God through serving those in natural and spiritual deprivation. In our own youthful way, furthering our ministry of service God has appointed us a task. We take very seriously the scripture to work while it is day - spreading the Word of God. By the grace of God, love of Jesus, and guidance of the Holy Spirit, we flourish in spiritual fruitfulness. Meeting every second Saturday at noon in Randall Ministries. Right now God has led us to community organizations, however we are working to obtain opportunities abroad. "Work while it is day, the night cometh, when no man can work..." John 9:4
